This hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from Venice, the bus station, and local transport, making it an excellent choice for travelers.

Nice location only 20 min. from Venice. Not bad for the price, room is clean.

Rooms are outdated ( I haven't seen TV that old ), pipes in the bathroom are very noisy ( after you flush the toilet it will be producing very loud sounds for several minutes which was annoying, especially at night )

It has both outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff. The food is GREAT and savoury.

As we were on a long trip with lots of luggage, we didn't want a hotel in Venice itself. The Magnolia had free parking and internet but it was further out than we imagined. We took the train to Venice each day which was quite convenient. Not much in the way of dining options nearby, the staff directed us to the Hotel Crystal next door but it was very poor - I think it's the same owner. In fact there was Magnolia Restaurant behind the hotel which looked much better, however the same didn't mention it when we arrived (probably as it's a different owner) so we didn't find out until the next day - then it was Sunday and closed!

I came at 23.20 minute, and they allready took money from my credit card. When a asked about this situation, they said taht "room is still heare"

This hotel offers quiet rooms, is clean with air conditioning, features a king-size bed, has a lovely garden, and serves delicious food.

Lovely warm, clean, spacious family room with comfortable beds. Bus stop right out the front of the hotel to Venice, with tickets and timetable available at reception. Breakfast good with a delicious cappuccino made from an original copper machine.

The hotel team was very friendly. The location is good, 500 meters from the railways station that goes directly to Venice. There is a supermarket nearby that I found useful. I was with my 2 kids. The room was good, the beds were conformtable. The breakfast was good (ask for capuccino). The only thing I didn't like was the tv, all the channels are in Italian, no international tv...

I enjoyed staying here; the spacious and clean room was conveniently located near the Treviso airport.

Very nice living environment and facility. The price is not too high but quite worthing.

They don't speak English at all which is very difficult to communicate.

Nice place...Ask for Vanna and you will not have any problems with travelling, shopping and communications.

The personal didn't speak english, or other language then italian, exc. of all is Vanna - very nice woman.
